Circulation Policies

The borrowing facility for reading materials is available to the faculty, researchers, students, and staff of the TMU. The rules are framed to facilitate and promote, rather than to constrain, the use of the library collection and services.

Moreover, the university encourages a collaborative and respectful approach to utilizing library resources, fostering an environment where the scholarly pursuits of the academic community are supported and enhanced.

After approval by their respective Head of Department (HOD) through ERP, faculty and staff should visit the library. Upon approval by the University Librarian on the ERP portal, their library membership will be officially generated. Their Employee ID card will be considered their "Library Card".

To borrow a book from the library, you must present your College ID card. Take the books you desire to the circulation desk and have them issued. Upon successful issuance, you will be provided with a slip. Safely keep this slip with you as it is required at the gate when leaving.
